Welcome!

I’m Catherine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with couples, individuals, and groups of all kinds. In my practice, I aim to collaborate with clients to address their greatest challenges, live authentically, and reduce the impact of mental health issues and substance use on their lives.

Prior to my career as a therapist, I spent time working in the service industry, international relations, and higher education administration after graduating from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University.

In 2019, I earned my master’s degree in Social Work from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. There, I held two year-long internships — one at a community agency serving families affected by incarceration in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, and another at an OMH community mental health clinic in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn.

Since 2021, I have also collaborated with a small group practice called CoreStory, where I have seen clients and participated in peer supervision groups.

In addition to my training at NYU, I completed a survey course in the fundamentals of psychoanalytic theory at the Psychoanalytic Association of New York (PANY) in 2020. I am currently a student in PANY’s Bridge to Training program, preparing to begin psychoanalytic training in 2024.
